Terms

The deal, in plain words.

Last updated 9 October 2026

Short version: Dusted writes drafts. You check them and you decide what gets sent.

You pay monthly and can cancel any time. Nothing here takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Who you're dealing with

Dusted is run by Jacob Schembri, a sole trader on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia. In these terms "Dusted", "I" and "me" mean Jacob. "You" means the business using Dusted. Contact: [email protected].

What Dusted does

You tell Dusted what you need in a few words. It drafts quotes, emails, booking changes and reminders using the details and rules you give it about your business. It uses an AI model to write those drafts.

Dusted gives you drafts. You read them and you choose whether to send them. Nothing goes to your customers unless you send it.

Check before you send

AI can get things wrong. A price, a date, a name or a detail can be off. You're responsible for checking each draft and for what you send. Dusted doesn't give legal, tax or financial advice, and its drafts aren't a substitute for it.

The free demo

The demo at dusted.me/demo is free to try. It has a daily limit, and I can change or stop it at any time. The businesses in it are made up. Please don't type in card numbers, passwords or health details.

Paid plans

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. There's no lock-in contract and no exit fee. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for, and then billing stops. Refunds are covered on the refunds page.

Using it fairly

Use Dusted for your own business and within the law. Don't use it to send spam, mislead people, harass anyone, or break someone else's rights. I can suspend an account that does any of that. Where it's reasonable, I'll tell you first.

Your stuff stays yours

The details you give Dusted and the drafts it writes for you belong to you. I use them only to run Dusted for you, as set out in the privacy policy.

If something goes wrong

Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that can't be excluded, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

Beyond those guarantees, and as far as the law allows, my liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid in the last 3 months, whichever I choose. I'm not liable for losses that come from a draft you sent without checking it.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms in a way that matters to you, I'll email paying customers at least 14 days before the change applies. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
